Clark Hill Attorney Lindsay Fouse Appointed to Pennsylvania Hearing Committee

July 5, 2017

PITTSBURGH, PA – Clark Hill attorney Lindsay Sherwood Fouse has been appointed a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. The four Pennsylvania Hearing Committees are made up of lawyers who serve a three-year term and hear cases concerning the alleged misconduct of other attorneys within a respective district. Lindsay is one of the youngest attorneys to be appointed and joins a distinguished group of attorneys who serve an important process of the Disciplinary System.

Fouse is an attorney in Clark Hill’s Litigation Group. During her time in law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Western District of Pennsylvania, a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant, and a senior staff editor of the Duquesne Law Review. Fouse also worked as Dean Ken Gormley’s Research Assistant and completed the supplement for his recent publication, American Presidents and the Constitution. Even as early as her first year at Duquesne Law, she was recognized for her talents in and passion for law.

Fouse’s appointment to the Committee demonstrates the level of trust and confidence she has earned during her short time in practice.
