Clark Hill Attorney Kevin A. Fanning to Present at the BOMA Metro Detroit Mega Education Day on June 19, 2014

Detroit, MI – Clark Hill attorney Kevin A. Fanning will present “Navigating the Waters in an ADA Accessibility Lawsuit” at the BOMA Metro Detroit Mega Education Day on June 19, 2014, at the DoubleTree Fort Shelby in downtown Detroit. Mr. Fanning’s presentation will focus on the importance of an ADA accessibility plan in advance of being a defendant in an ADA lawsuit. Attendees will learn how these lawsuits are handled, including risks associated with these cases. Mr. Fanning is also the Chairman of the BOMA Metro Detroit Mega Education Day, having created the concept over two years ago with other members of BOMA Metro Detroit.
