GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Clark Hill attorney Kara T. Rozin and Nancy Schertzing of Shertzing Communications will present at the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child Leadership Conference at the Eaton Regional Education Services Agency in Charlotte, Michigan on April 28, 2017. The presentation titled “ Restorative Justice: Reshaping School Discipline” will explore the impact of Restorative Justice. Rozin will prepare participants for the upcoming changes in the law and Schertzing will provide them with Restorative Justice practical tools to bring back to their districts.

Rozin dedicates her legal practice to enriching the quality of education for students by assisting educators in state and federal legal matters. She represents Michigan public school districts and private employers in an array of labor and employment law and litigation matters.  For the last eight years, she has defended school districts and employers in claims alleging employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, violation of constitutional or civil rights, sexual harassment, intentional torts and other related matters.
