Clark Hill Attorney Joseph B. Urban to Provide Keynote Address to 21st Session of the Southeast Michigan Model United Nations Fall Conference
BIRMINGHAM, MI – Clark Hill attorney Joseph B. Urban will provide the keynote address to the Southeast Michigan Model United Nations Association (SEMMUNA) 21st Fall Conference, which will convene at Northville High School on November 5, 2016.
Urban has been mentoring the Northville High School Model United Nations (MUN) team and has been asked by the faculty to provide his insights into current events and the preparation that MUN provides to participants. Urban’s keynote will focus on the aspirational goals of participants with the message that “you can make a difference!” Represented at the Southeast conference will be approximately 50 high schools from across Michigan.
SEMMUNA runs the largest Model UN conference in Michigan, with over 800 delegates annually. The one-day, student-run, fall conference is a great introduction for new delegates to the MUN experience and a solid warm-up to the new season.
Urban is a member in Clark Hill’s Birmingham office, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal finance, education law, and real estate law.
