DETROIT, MI – Clark Hill attorney Joseph B. Urban participated in a CBS Public Affairs Radio panel discussion regarding residential school programs on Sunday, August 14, 2016. Residential school programs involve a series of agreements between public schools and facilities offering high quality and age-appropriate dormitory space for students. Urban, along with Patrick O’Keefe, Founder and CEO of the financial and strategic advisory firm O’Keefe, LLC, discussed the pros and cons of residential schools as catalysts for students achieving higher academic outcomes as well as the legal framework necessary to achieve this vision.
