Clark Hill Attorney Joe Urban to Present to Coach Genesee County Superintendents on New School Discipline Laws

Birmingham, MI - Joe Urban of Clark Hill's Education law group will train the Genesee County Superintendents on new laws impacting school discipline at their retreat. Joe's presentation, "Reshaping School Discipline," will explore the impact of Restorative Justice and Emergency Seclusion and Restraint laws. Joe will team up with state-renowned Restorative Justice trainer, Nancy Schertzing, to present an interactive experience that will prepare participants for the upcoming changes in the law and provide them with practical tools to bring back to their districts.
