CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill Attorney Jennifer Sackett Pohlenz will be a featured panelist at the Real Estate Litigation: How to Handle a Building Code Violation Case; Bankruptcy in a Foreclosure; Tax Assessments hosted by the Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc and co-sponsored by the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association (IRELA). The program will take place on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., One South Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois.

The program will cover practical real-world advice on how to handle specialized real estate litigation situations from three experienced real estate attorneys. Pohlenz will discuss the City of Chicago building code cases and provide practical tips and useful information for defending such cases.
