Clark Hill Attorney Jane C. Luxton to Present at Fall Administrative Law Conference “Think Small: Writing Rules with Small Businesses in Mind” October 30, 2015
Washington, D.C. – Clark Hill Attorney Jane C. Luxton will present at the American Bar Association Administrative Law Section’s Fall Administrative Law Conference as a panelist in the session titled “Think Small: Writing Rules with Small Businesses in Mind” on October 30, 2015. Her topic will cover experience with the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act (SBREFA) in rulemakings conducted by the Consumer Financial Protection Board, Environmental Protection Agency, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Luxton is a Member of Clark Hill’s Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources Practice Group based in the Washington, DC office. She has extensive experience in environmental regulatory, policy, and litigation matters,. She is a member of the Council of the ABA Administrative Law Section.
