Washington, D.C. – Clark Hill Attorney Jane C. Luxton was quoted in Notice & Comment, a blog from the Yale Journal on Regulation and the ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice on February 8, 2016. She commented on the U.S. Supreme Court’s Jan. 25, 2016 decision in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission v. Electric Power Supply Association, saying that the case represents “one of the most important electricity decisions in more than a decade,” and referencing a Feb. 9, 2016 ABA program, which has “generated strong interest in its expected discussion of implications of the ruling” for other pending regulatory challenges and future FERC rulemaking.
