Clark Hill Attorney Doug Folk will Present at the 64th Arizona Roads & Streets Conference
PHOENIX, AZ – Clark Hill Attorney Doug Folk will present a multifaceted program titled, “The Law And Ethics In Engineering,” at Arizona’s largest annual event for engineers and contractors serving the public and private transportation sectors. Approximately 1,500 attendees and 120 exhibitors are expected to participate in this year’s conference whose theme is Special Opportunity Solutions. The conference is managed by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Arizona on April 1-3, 2015 at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona.
Folk will speak from 9:30-11:30 am on Friday, April 3rd to report on his work as the Public Member of Arizona’s Board of Technical Registration, including the Board’s key enforcement initiatives. He will also explain the Arizona Department of Transportation’s cost recovery policy for design errors and omissions and share best practices for resolving the ethical and legal challenges facing design professionals and contractors today.
