Clark Hill Attorney Anthony A. Agosta to Serve as President of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Alumni Board of Directors

DETROIT, MI – Clark Hill attorney Anthony A. Agosta will serve as President of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Alumni Board of Directors for the 2009-2010 term. Anthony A. Agosta is a member with Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group, and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including UCC sales and breach of warranty matters, product liability, complex litigation, mass tort litigation and transportation. Anthony has handled matters throughout the United States, including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Texas, California and Washington. As law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Robert DeMascio, Anthony received invaluable trial and appellate court experience. While attending U of D-Mercy, he was a member of the Frank Murphy Honors Society and was also an Associate Editor of the Law Review. Anthony was named a Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine's Super Lawyers publication. In addition to serving as President of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Alumni Board of Directors, Anthony is also a member of the Italian American Bar Association and the Italian American Chamber of Commerce. An avid outdoorsman, he is a member of the University of Michigan M Club for former letter winners and Ducks Unlimited.
