Attorney Robert D. Gordon Elected to the Board of the Turnaround Management Association, Michigan Chapter

DETROIT, MI – Clark Hill PLC Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group Leader Robert D. Gordon has been elected to the board of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Michigan Chapter, for a three year term, beginning July 1. The TMA is an international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management, with 46 chapters and more than 9,000 members worldwide. Gordon has been practicing bankruptcy law for approximately 19 years, and has been instrumental in several notable cases throughout Michigan and nationally. Recent examples of his work include the Chapter 11 Debtor representation of Innatech, LLC; counsel to the Unsecured Creditors' Committee in the Chapter 11 case Plastech Engineered Products, Inc., involving a Tier 1 automotive supplier with annual revenues of approximately $1.4 billion.; and counsel to the Unsecured Creditors' Committee in the Chapter 11 case Greektown Holdings, LLC, involving a casino and hotel complex with annual revenues in excess of $300 million, among others.
