Clark Hill PLC has extensive experience in handling union organizing campaigns. We believe the best means of keeping the workplace union-free is to be proactive. We provide training to our clients’ management-level employees on how to maintain a union-free environment. In the event a union initiates an organizational drive, however, we work with our client to formulate a strategy to respond to the issues raised in the campaign.
