Clark Hill attorneys with expertise in employment relations and business law have been instrumental in the formation and growth of temporary staffing, outsourcing and employee leasing organizations headquartered in Michigan. We have prepared client service agreements generated by specific negotiations, as well as standard contracts that form the basis for the working relationships between a number of such staffing organizations and their clients. We routinely represent such non-traditional employers in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and local civil rights agencies, the Unemployment Agency and state and federal tax authorities.
