With over 30 years of experience in commercial transactions, Warren Hoffman's practice involves a wide range of energy, corporate, venture capital and merger/acquisition transactions, entity structuring, financing arrangements and debt/equity placements. He represents both public and private companies with a focus on the acquisition, development and divestiture of complex energy and commercial projects.

Warren regularly advises energy companies on a wide range of transactions, including facility development, operations, processing, joint facilities use and transportation agreements. His clients also includeæpublic and private entities, pipeline and chemical corporations, and manufacturing and distribution companies.

Warren is a Certified Public Accountant, using his tax background to structure transactions and business organizations.
