Tiffany Hunter represents businesses in cases arising out of contractual disputes, employment disputes, subrogation claims, premises liability, and personal injury, including defense of calamitous injury cases arising from transportation accidents.

Tiffany’s clients include individuals, companies, landowners, and insurance carriers of trucking and transportation companies. Tiffany also represents start-up companies in disputes that involve unique issues regarding unfair business practices, employment disputes, proprietary trade secrets, alter-ego claims, and commercial lease agreements.

Tiffany’s considerable experience in commercial transactions and litigation provides her with a unique ability to carefully tailor litigation and transactional strategies to serve her clients’ business objectives and interests. She works closely with clients to accurately analyze and limit potential liability and to achieve beneficial results in a wide range of commercial disputes, while always ensuring to address her clients’ concerns and interests.

Tiffany has also been actively involved in pro bono asylum and human trafficking cases. Her experience in this arena includes a grant of asylum on the pleadings for a transgender client persecuted in Mexico.
