Donna Perry serves as the Controller of Clark Hill PLC, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s finances including client billing and collections, accounts payable, financial reporting and payroll.  In addition, Ms. Perry manages the firm’s records and conflict department.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Ms. Perry had worked in the legal field for over eight years, and has over 18 years of experience in the business community.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and maintains memberships in both the State Bar of Michigan, Legal Administrator Section, and the Association of Legal Administrators.
