Brian Stanton serves as the Director of Human Resources for Clark Hill PLC, where he is responsible for the design, implementation and day-to-day management of all aspects of the firm’s human resource function.  This includes staff planning, recruitment (non-attorney), employee records management, career development planning, performance analysis, compensation and benefits analysis, policies, procedures and forms, ethics and compliance, employee relations and counseling.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Mr. Stanton served as Manager of Human Resources for The FOURMIDABLE Group, a real-estate management company in Farmington Hills.   He has over 13 years of human resources management experience, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
