Shanna M. Waldrop
Shanna Waldrop is an Associate in Clark Hill’s Litigation practice group. Shanna has experience with advisory work and trial preparation through research assignments and pleading preparation. She has prepared demurrers, motions in limine, and assisted with drafting a motion for nonsuit. Shanna also has reviewed pleadings and litigation reports to provide assistance and feedback to first chair attorneys for depositions, expert witness interviews, and mediations.
Shanna graduated from Baylor University and then went on to get her J.D. at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she graduated with honors. Her activities include the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program HIV/AIDS Clinic Chair and the Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego International Law Journal. She also completed the Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego and received her paralegal certification. In her background as a paralegal, Shanna assisted partners in over 500 superior court cases in all aspects of complex construction defect defense.
