Sara Allman litigates civil disputes in state and federal court. She tries cases to verdict before judges and juries, briefs appeals, and presents oral arguments.

Sara’s trial court practice encompasses diverse areas of law, including personal injury, real estate, product liability, professional liability, public entity liability, and civil rights. When she works as appellate counsel after judgment, Sara provides her clients a fresh perspective to the case and a complete understanding of the appellate process.

In federal court, Sara litigates disability access cases under the ADA. She counsels both private sector clients and public entities on the ADA. Given the harsh effects ADA lawsuits can have on small businesses, Sara’s approach is to resolve the underlying issues as quickly and as economically for her clients as possible.

Sara is an independent contractor who from time to time works on specific projects as assigned by the firm and is not an employee of Clark Hill PLC.
