Chip Sugg assists clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and financing of real property.

Chip handles transactional real estate matters including the leasing, sale, acquisition, financing, and development of office, multi-family, retail, hotel, medical, industrial, and mixed-use projects. He represents clients ranging in size from publicly traded companies with international holdings to individual investors and entrepreneurs. He also counsels clients with respect to formation and capitalization issues, operating issues, acquisitions, financing, and succession planning. Chip also has experience in business reorganization and bankruptcy law and advises clients on restructuring and workouts of troubled loans.
