Richard L. Hyde
Richard Hyde's practice includes the defense of personal injury and property damage claims arising from exposures to carbon monoxide, lead, commercial cleaning products, mold, mercury, pesticides, and Legionella pneumophilia (Legionnaire’s Disease). He also has experience in real property litigation, mass tort environmental claims, commercial litigation, inverse condemnation actions, municipal and public entity representation, and civil code enforcement and litigation.
Richard received his J.D. from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2012. During law school, he served as a senior editor of the BYU Law Review. Mr. Hyde also worked as a Criminal Law teaching assistant.
