Nicholas A. Arcamone

Senior Attorney

Nicholas Arcamone litigates business and commercial cases, defends insurance and surety matters, and handles construction law issues in many state and federal jurisdictions.

A former U.S. Army officer, Nick’s background helps him overcome perceived obstacles and achieve the best result for his clients. He defends amusement parks, hotels, airports, and local municipalities against premises liability actions. One of his recent victories included the dismissal of a $15,000,000 lawsuit against a local shopping center on summary judgment.

Nick also defends manufacturers and distributors, from small outfits to Fortune 500 companies, against claims of defective design and manufacture, inadequate warnings, and alleged violations of consumer protection laws. He defends homeowners’ associations and commercial and residential property owners against habitability and environmental claims resulting from mold and other toxic exposures.

Nick represents contractors and sureties on federal construction projects throughout the country and has successfully litigated claims against large federal agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Navy, and NASA.
