Michelle Margolies Tran assists individuals, families, and businesses with their planning to help her clients achieve their business succession, estate tax reduction, and asset preservation goals.

Michelle serves as a trusted advisor using trusts and other entities to help her clients plan their personal and business legacies. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, she also assists with complex trust and estate administration issues, including probate. She strives to ensure that her clients understand the planning process and the implementation of their plans.

Understanding that no two situations are alike, Michelle customizes her approach to each client’s needs. Depending on the plan, Michelle regularly assists with the creation of revocable living trusts, life insurance trusts, charitable planning, and other entities to support her clients’ goals. Once an estate plan is in place, Michelle works to make sure that those plans are properly maintained and that they continue to carry out objectives over the long term. When appropriate, Michelle also works to establish limited liability companies and other entities to help protect business and investment assets. To ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to their planning, she regularly partners with her clients’ planning team including accountants and financial advisors.

For her entrepreneurial clients, Michelle often serves as the point person to coordinate the many moving parts of their planning efforts.
