Maurine “Mo” Heinrichs Shipp assists clients in estate planning and probate matters, including preparing wills, trusts, lifetime ancillary documents, and advising on the administration of such documents.

Mo advises clients on trust and estate matters in both the planning and administration stages. Working with a wide range of individuals and families, she helps clients achieve their estate planning goals based on the assets that exist as well as the specific family needs and dynamics. Mo believes that everyone should plan for themselves and their families, regardless of the size of their estate, and that the estate planning process should be made as easy as possible for clients.

By using her personal experience in coming from a ranching family, Mo advises clients about the best ways to manage generational properties for the future. She understands the importance of these unique properties along with the increasing challenges of maintaining them and works with clients to determine the best way forward.

Mo is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, an achievement reached by less than 10 percent of Texas licensed attorneys.
