Maureen J. Moody is an associate with the Litigation Practice Group in Clark Hill’s Chicago office. She joined the firm after graduating with honors from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, Maureen represented low-income taxpayers at the Loyola Federal Income Tax Clinic and competed for Loyola in the 23rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition in Vienna, Austria. Maureen was the recipient of three CALI awards for earning the highest grade in her Torts, Legal Writing II, and Advocacy courses.
Prior to law school, Maureen worked on Capitol Hill on tax, finance, and other related issues for U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow. Maureen graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She was a proud member of the University of Michigan varsity women’s gymnastics team, helping her team win four Big Ten championships from 2007-2010.
