Matthew J. Rippin

Associate

Matthew J. Rippin provides clients with solutions-oriented counsel for a diverse set of real estate matters, particularly acquisition and disposition, commercial and residential leasing, land use appeals and tax assessment. His broad base of real estate experience includes transaction and litigation, and he has represented both private and municipal clients. Matt has significant experience representing municipalities, municipal corporations and other government entities in real estate, eminent domain and other transactional matters.

As an associate in Clark Hill’s Real Estate Group, he helps developers, property managers and major commercial tenants manage their real estate concerns.

In addition to his legal practice, Matt is a member of NAIOP, a national organization dedicated to real estate development. He is also a longstanding member of the Pittsburgh Harlequins Rugby Football Organization, where he formerly served as Chair of the Youth Programs Committee and a mentor to at-risk youth in Pittsburgh’s inner-city neighborhoods.
