Marissa Mendoza represents healthcare providers in all aspects of state and federal court litigation, including civil litigation defense of elder abuse, wrongful death, professional negligence, unfair business practices, and fraud cases.

Marissa uses a forward-thinking approach to case management and assists clients through the entire litigation process from discovery, to law and motion, and trial/arbitration preparation. Her full-service client representation often also involves other unique legal scenarios such as petitions for restraining orders and unlawful detainer actions.

Prior to law school, Marissa interned in Washington, D.C. for Congressman Charles A. Gonzales and in California for Assemblyman Tony Cardenas and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF).
