Lori W. Rooney

Lori handles syndicated loans, single-lender transactions, secured and unsecured facilities, asset-based loans, acquisition financings and both senior and subordinated facilities. She manages domestic, multi-currency and multinational transactions. Clients also ask for Lori’s assistance in financings for non-profit organizations and other structured tax exempt financings.

Lori currently serves as the co-chair of the firm’s BOLD initiative, which furthers promotion of women within the firm, the legal profession, and the business community. She also serves as co-leader of the firm’s Sports Industry team.
