Kathleen Sullivan serves as the senior human resources advisor to firm management working directly with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer to develop organizational strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.

She and her team lead the design and implementation of Human Resources initiatives, including recruitment strategies, performance management and compensation, professional development, and employee engagement and culture.

Kathleen is a SHRM- Senior Certified Professional. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Kathleen served as Director of Operations for a mid-size regional Pennsylvania law firm. She is actively involved with the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council serving as Vice President of the board and Co-Chair of the Development Committee.
