Katherine E. David counsels clients on tax matters, including federal income taxation and state margin and sales taxation. A significant part of her practice includes advising tax-exempt organizations. She also has extensive experience advising clients with respect to like-kind exchanges.

Katy is Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
