Karen Grivner represents debtors, creditors, and other parties in bankruptcy matters, Chapter 11 reorganization, liquidation cases, various adversary proceedings, and litigation.

Karen has experience in complex Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases and practices in all areas of bankruptcy. She has represented debtors, unsecured creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and other parties in interest in bankruptcy matters and litigation. She also handles litigation matters in the District Court for the District of Delaware.

In addition to her extensive federal court experience, Karen represents business entities in the Court of Chancery and in all state courts in Delaware. Her representative matters include 220 Demands, complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, and corporate litigation.
