Jessica D. Reilly
Jessica D. Reilly is an associate at Clark Hill in the Insurance and Reinsurance practice. Jessica advises and defends insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, and insurtech startups in connection with regulations, coverage, and contract negotiations.
Jessica earned her law degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University, where she graduated cum laude and won several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for best student performances in Insurance Law and Trial Advocacy. She also received an award for Exemplary Moot Court Performance.
Jessica served as President of the Moot Court Board. She competed nationally, regionally, and locally in moot court competitions, where she won the title “Best Overall Oral Advocate” at both Temple’s inaugural moot court scrimmage, and Drexel’s internal competition. As an alumna, she remains dedicated to the Moot Court Board, and she is coaching students for the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, a competition that emphasizes the development of oral advocacy skills and legal writing through a realistic appellate advocacy experience.
Jessica served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Thomas Shusted, Jr., of The New Jersey Superior Court. She was also a Trial Advocacy Teaching Assistant, an executive board member of the Civil Litigation Society, and participated in the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Program, where she taught and coached high school students in the regional moot court competition. She was also nominated by her faculty as a Leadership Fellow where she mentored 1L students.
Jessica graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jessica has also interned at the Office of the District Attorney in both Indiana and Philadelphia.
Jessica is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
