Jacques L. Moye, Sr. is a Member of the firm’s General Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Jacques’ practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and other transactional matters. Jacques routinely advises clients on merger and acquisition transactions, including stock and asset deals. Jacques has counseled clients through the structuring and formation of new entities, and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating limited liability company agreements, partnership agreements, buy-sell agreements and other joint venture agreements and organizational documents. Jacques also routinely works with firm attorneys on real estate matters and other matters for clients in which Jacques acts as the trusted advisor, managing and coordinating the legal services provided to these clients.

Jacques’ clients have ranged from small private companies, to large publicly traded companies.

As a CPA as well, and having practiced and advised clients in the area of public accounting for a Big 4 accounting firm, Jacques adds significant value and business insight to his client’s transaction.

Jacques was recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a Corporate Law Rising Star in 2014, an honor bestowed upon only 5 percent of the attorneys in his peer group.
