Frank Scaglione focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing clients at trial and appeal in state and federal courts. He is also experienced with arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolutions.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Frank served as a legal intern with USAA and a judicial extern to the Honorable David A. Ezra of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Frank also served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force where he flew approximately 100 combat missions in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and was responsible for the 9th Bomb Squadron’s $250 million flight program to ensure proper training for combat deployment-bound aircrew.
