Debora is a Paralegal in the Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups in the San Francisco office. She has been working as a paralegal for 30 years and has extensive trial, post-judgment liquidation and assessment collection experience. Real estate litigation areas include commercial contracts, corporate, limited liability company and partnership disputes, commercial and mortgage banking, foreclosure, fraud, commercial and residential construction disputes, real estate brokerage disputes, seller and broker misrepresentation and non-disclosure, title insurance, escrow disputes, adjoining landowner and boundary disputes, unlawful detainer, landlord/tenant disputes and secured creditors rights.
Debora specializes in collections of all types and conducts background search and investigations of individuals, their business entities and affiliations to locate assets resulting in pre-trial Writs of Attachment encouraging case settlements. Post-Judgment liquidation actions include Sister State Judgments, Writs of Possession (bank account levies), wage garnishment or liquidation through real estate sale or refinance.
Debora is a native Californian and grew up in Cupertino. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, road biking, and socializing with family and friends. Debora is also an active supporter of Lab Rescue.
