David N. Kitner

Member

David Kitner represents clients in civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on business/commercial disputes and professional liability defense. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried approximately 85 jury trials. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

David serves as Clark Hill Strasburger general counsel and loss prevention partner. He is also Chair of the professional liability practice group and a member of the firm's Ethics Committee.
