Matthew W. HeronAssociate Areas of Practice Bar Admissions Education Memberships Matthew W. Heron is an Associate with the Litigation Practice Group of Clark Hill’s Detroit office, focusing in the area of commercial litigation. He has significant litigation experience in transportation, real estate, landlord-tenant, warranty, property insurance, title insurance, and large commercial disputes. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Mr. Heron was a law clerk for two years to the Honorable Lawrence P. Zatkoff, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. While in law school, Mr. Heron was a recipient of the Charles H. King Fellowship, and on the Michigan State University-DCL Law Review. In addition, Mr. Heron received numerous honors and awards, including the Edwin H. and Theresa Oehmke Award, and six Jurisprudence Achievement awards. During law school, Mr. Heron also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael D. Schwartz of the 16th Circuit Court in Macomb County. Publications Matthew W.
