Jeremy S. Motz is an associate in the Birmingham office of Clark Hill PLC and is a member of the Education and Municipal Law Group. Mr. Motz principally focuses his practice in the areas of education, construction and real estate law, assisting public and private sector employers in a wide variety of transactional matters.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Mr. Motz completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Christopher M. Murray of the State of Michigan Court of Appeals.  While in law school, Mr. Motz was a Dean’s Scholar and received multiple awards for his academic achievement.  Mr. Motz also served as a Title Editor for the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review.

Mr. Motz is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society and the Justice Frank Murphy Honor Society.
