Edward L. Filer is the head of Clark Hill’s Construction Group.  He practices in Clark Hill’s Business and Corporate Transactions Department, Litigation Department, and Real Estate Department.  His practice is nationwide and includes contract drafting and negotiation, general corporate counseling, arbitrations, civil trials, mediations, claim preparation and mid-project analysis. Mr. Filer represents material suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, construction managers, designer-builders, architects, owners, sureties, and lenders in every aspect of their business.
