Our work involves conventional lending for construction and permanent financing, participating and co-lending, conduit lending, and mezzanine financing. We represent master and special servicers for securitized loans; and capital suppliers in joint ventures with owners and venturers. We have experience in financing of shopping centers, office buildings and multi-use complexes, theater and entertainment properties, lodging properties, retail properties, multi-family housing, health care facilities, agricultural properties, and industrial facilities.

Our experience in troubled loans has involved extensive bankruptcy litigation, working with Clark Hill's bankruptcy attorneys, and the employment of successful strategies in anticipation of resort to bankruptcy. We have advised many of our clients in the foreclosure process, and achieve the best results afforded by applicable law in bankruptcy and foreclosure scenarios.
