Clark Hill Attorney Kevin Fanning to Present to BOMA's Commercial Real Estate Congress in New York City July 21-24May 17, 2007- BIRMINGHAM, MI – Clark Hill Attorney Kevin Fanning will present to the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) North American Commercial Real Estate Congress in New York City July 21-24. Fanning’s presentation, entitled “Ten Ways to Effectively Manage Any Tenant Dispute,” will focus on various aspects of commercial landlord/tenant disputes and how building owners and managers can effectively and efficiently solve commercial tenant problems. More information on the conference is available on the association’s website, www.bomaconvention.org. Fanning is a member in Clark Hill's Litigation Practice Group. He represents landowners and their agents in lease negotiations, commercial and residential tenant dispute resolution, and tenant retention and management. Fanning's real estate litigation practice also includes all forms of construction litigation and contract disputes. Fanning represents owners and contractors in performance and payment disputes on private and public construction projects. Fanning's other practice areas include complex contract, securities, and general business and commercial litigation. Fanning has lectured to numerous trade groups and other associations and has been widely published in the areas of real estate and commercial litigation. Fanning earned his B.A. from Western Michigan University in 1994 and his J.D. from the University of Detroit-Mercy Law School in 1997. |
