Business Law Section's "Business Boot Camp" Recognized by Association for ExcellenceClark Hill Attorney Daniel H. Minkus Co-Founder of Program BIRMINGHAM, MI —The State Bar of Michigan Business Law Section’s “Business Boot Camp” program was awarded the “Outstanding Achievement Award” for seminars from the Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA). Clark Hill Attorney Daniel H. Minkus is a co-founder of the program. “I am very pleased to be associated with such a fine program and one which allows so many young attorneys to benefit,” Minkus said. Minkus and his team developed the Boot Camp as a response to the need for a comprehensive training program for associate attorneys at large firms. Minkus is the Co-Director of Training for the Business Boot Camp – a joint initiative between the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and the State Bar’s Business Law Section. Minkus works out of Clark Hill’s Birmingham office where he is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Minkus practices in the Business Practice Group, where he focuses on business and real estate, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and tax exempt organizations. He received his B.A. from Kalamazoo College and his J.D. from Wayne State University School of Law. He is a resident of Farmington Hills, Michigan. |
