Legal Assistant Employment

Clark Hill's Legal Assistants are considered members of our Professional Staff. They play significant roles in our service delivery, developing close working relationships with our clients. Our legal assistants are credentialed and experienced individuals, and we provide them with tools and cutting-edge technology to perform their work at the highest level. Their efforts are vital to managing the litigation process and complex transactions our attorneys handle every day. As our firm experiences continued growth, we seek legal assistants to team with our attorneys in a variety of practice areas.

A Legal Assistant with diverse experience is needed for the growing Litigation Practice in our Chicago office. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience working within a fast-paced, cooperative law firm environment. Candidates should have sophisticated litigation skills and experience with the following: managing electronic document databases; drafting varied litigation documents, including notices of deposition and other discovery documents; and knowledge of Summation and CaseMap. Candidates with previous legal experience in the construction and insurance industries are preferred. (Placements through external recruiters may not be considered for this search.)
