+ Labor & Employment Associate– Pittsburgh, PA

Clark Hill is seeking a junior-level associate attorney for its Labor & Employment Practice Group in its Pittsburgh office. All candidates must have a demonstrated interest in Labor and Employment law and be willing to work on a broad range of employment issues including discrimination and harassment disputes in state or federal court, as well as before the EEOC. Candidates must be able to interact with clients directly on employment counseling matters. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required. All candidates must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

+ Health Care Associate – Phoenix, AZ,

Clark Hill PLC is looking for a Lateral Associate with at least 5 years of experience for the Health Care practice group in its Phoenix office. All candidates must have strong litigation skills, including experience taking and defending depositions and drafting, responding to, and arguing dispositive motions in health care-related litigation. Qualified candidates should have a working knowledge of the health care industry, including experience with HIPAA as well as Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations. All candidates should have had ample client contact and must be able to handle client files independently. Successful candidates will possess a solid work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, an ability to multi-task, and a demonstrated interest in business development. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. Clark Hill Thorp Reed's Pittsburgh office is seeking a Mid-Level Lateral Associate with at least 5 years of experience for its Commercial & Real Estate Finance Practice Group. All candidates must have experience handling commercial and real estate finance transactions. Candidates are expected to be detail-oriented, should possess a solid work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills.
