We are looking to add an Associate to our Litigation Practice Group in our Chicago Office. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of commercial litigation experience with case management including conducting traditional discovery, e-discovery, witness interviews, and depositions, attending court proceedings, and assisting with pre-trial and trial responsibilities in both Illinois state and federal courts. Further, the candidate will demonstrate strong writing skills and possess significant experience with drafting pleadings and motions. This is a terrific opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Chicago practice. Our Corporate Practice in our Grand Rapids Office is seeking to add an associate with two to four years of transactional experience. The ideal candidate is someone who has handled general business and real estate transactions and possesses knowledge of corporate taxation issues. The candidate must be able to multi-task and exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our Immigration Practice Group, which is located in our Detroit Office, has an opening for an experienced associate to serve its growing client base. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of two years of business immigration law experience with filings for H Visas, L Visas, E Visas, PERM cases and Green Cards. Working knowledge of an immigration case management system is preferred. Excellent written communication and strong interpersonal skills are required.
