+ Manager of Legal Recruitment– Chicago, IL

Clark Hill is seeking a Manager of Legal Recruitment in its Chicago office. This position is responsible for managing legal recruiting firm-wide and will formulate, administer and maintain lateral recruiting policies, operational procedures and practices consistent with the goals and objectives of the firm. Specific responsibilities include: serving as primary recruiter for all lateral member attorney recruiting across all locations, managing Legal Recruiters responsible for recruiting lateral senior attorneys, associates, paralegals and all other client service professional candidates for the firm; consulting with Practice Group Leaders and Directors to develop and implement appropriate recruiting strategies and searches; acting as principal liaison with search firm agencies including negotiating fee arrangements and exclusivity agreements. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years professional recruiting experience in a professional services environment and meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Juris Doctor and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field including but not limited to human resources or communications;
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills;
  • Superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels of the firm;
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven ability to manage and execute projects;
  • Highly organized and motivated;
  • Ability to travel on occasion (less than 15%); and
  • Knowledge of current technology related to managing recruiting and human resources processes would be considered “a plus”.

+ Lead Client Service Analyst, IT Department– Detroit, MI

The position reports to the Senior User Experience Manager and is responsible for coordinating Help Desk support to all Clark Hill users via phone, e-mail, Help Desk ticketing software, and other channels as appropriate. In addition to providing direct support, this individual will work with other members of the team to resolve reported issues within an established timeframe to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Issues that cannot be resolved on first contact will be escalated within the organization to an appropriate individual or team. The Lead Client Services Analyst will identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members on the documentation and implementation of these improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work
  • Minimum of three (3) years prior experience in a Help Desk support capacity, supporting multiple geographically distributed users in a lead or senior role
  • High-level competency with all Microsoft products and software
  • Knowledge of network trouble-shooting techniques and root cause analysis skills
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop operating systems and associated hardware and peripherals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communications skills and high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment

A track record of delivering superior customer service is mandatory. Qualified candidates will possess strong written and oral communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results with high energy within a collaborative team environment.
