Bi-Monthly Update:
Welcome to the inaugural edition of
the iGreenLaw Bi-Monthly Update. "Green" is a
wide-ranging environmental umbrella that includes topics as varied as
greenhouse gas reduction, tax incentives for energy efficiency, and
sustainable development, just to name a few. "iGreen" is
short for "integrated Green." With iGreenLaw, Clark Hill
has brought together practitioners in the environmental, regulatory,
real estate, construction, governmental relations, and taxation
fields into an integrated team to provide a unique, holistic approach
to our clients' Green issues.
As part of Clark Hill's commitment to remaining on the cutting edge
of this emerging field, we feel that it is vital to provide the most
current information regarding the rapidly changing Green movement to
our clients and friends. The articles appearing here originally
appeared in the iGreenLaw blog over the last several weeks, but this
newsletter will make them as readily available as possible. To
get the latest information, please go to www.igreenlaw.com
and "join the conversation."
