Clark Hill PLC represents clients in hundreds of labor arbitrations. We help clients formulate responses to union grievances and have successfully convinced the union that the grievance has no merit before arbitration. Where arbitration is required, we use our extensive knowledge of arbitrators to help clients choose an arbitrator who will fairly decide the grievance. We represent clients during the hearing and draft post arbitration briefs. When necessary, we have appealed arbitration awards where the arbitrator has exceeded his authority under the collective bargaining agreement.
