Clark Hill Cares 2011
We are pleased to share with you the results of our 3rd Annual Clark Hill Cares Service Day, a firm-wide effort! The Clark Hill Cares event had more than 200 team members in three states and the District of Columbia volunteering on Saturday, June 25, 2011 on behalf of food banks in our communities. Below, you will see the break down of our activities and accomplishments. A wonderful time was had by all!
- Brown bag lunches packed (Washington DC): 990
- Wheaties cereal bagged and processed (Grand Rapids): 2,487 lbs.
- Miles walked (Chicago): 48
- Grocery boxes packed (Birmingham and Detroit): 7,224
- Chicken fritters packed (Lansing): 6,300 lbs.
- Emergency food bag preparation (Phoenix): 12 bins
Clark Hill Cares also held its 2nd Annual Cash and Cans Food Drive in January. We are proud to announce that through our efforts, we raised $5,845.55 for the food banks in our communities, which provided 17,536 meals. Our nonperishable food collections proivded an additional 1,000 meals for a grand total of 18,536 meals in our communities!
